CINOART PTB-MY Automatic Tamper Feature
1. CAST ALLOY STRUCTURE
When developing our automatic tamper, we conducted a comprehensive force analysis and thousands of fatigue tests to ensure the structure's durability under high-pressure conditions. Additionally, we meticulously selected suitable materials, taking into account the potential impact of repeated usage on the tamper’s performance and longevity.
2. Overcurrent protection
During the fatigue test, the quick movement of the tamper generated large damage currents that could affect the main board. We have updated our electrical design to include overcurrent protection in response to this finding. This enhancement ensures the stability of the device even when used for extended periods of time, providing added durability and safeguarding the motherboard from potential damage.
3. Quick Switch Design
PTB-MY offers the convenience of quick pressure switching through three preset buttons: Preset 1, Preset 2, and Preset 3. This feature is particularly useful for single or double coffee. Furthermore, you can adjust and save the pressure settings for each button.
4. Calculate Function
On the Touch Screen, you can initiate counting the number of times you have used the coffee tamper by opening the records function in the settings page. Coffee shop chains have appreciated this feature, which is valuable for their operations.
5. Guide Leveling System
When we first used the automatic tamper, we found it difficult for a new user to flatten the ground coffee, which is the tamper's most essential function. So, we conducted many tests to solve this problem, and finally, we found a perfect solution: the guiding device.
So now what do you need to do? Just put the basket on the platform and leave it. In one second, CINOART will help you make a perfect tamping.
6. Patent Protected
We developed our pressure filling solutions independently and do not have any patent conflicts with other manufacturers. To protect ourselves and our partners, we have applied for relevant patents.
7. Fit Compak, Markibar Grinders
We also designed a stainless steel frame to fit several brands’ grinders. Such as Compak Grinders, Markibar Grinders.
