WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is unavailable for coffee-roasting machines with a drum capacity of more than 2,3 LB.
Pickups are available Monday- Friday, 11 am-4 pm.
We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standart shipping(7-35 working days after departing) on all orders above $100 for the continental US.

Shipping the subject for discussion if the destination is:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Guam
- Puerto Rico

Delivery time can be reduced with an air shipping option(with additional cost).
We'll make sure to ask you which shipping option you prefer.

The handling time of Estremo, Amalfi, and Milesto brands is up to 10 days.
Santoker and Bideli brands' handling time is up to 45 days.
All other brands handling time is up to 5 days.

We will let you know once your order is shipped.

Free shipping is not available for orders below $100.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping.

Free Standard shipping (20-35 working days after departing) for Estremo, Amalfi, Milesto, Santoker, and Bideli brands.
Handling time of up to 45 days.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions regarding some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
