Coffee Equipment Shop Warranty Policy

Inspection Before Purchase
We allow and encourage customers to inspect equipment at one of our locations before making payment. Inspections are by appointment and subject to availability. This policy applies to new, used, and refurbished equipment.

Warranty Coverage Overview

Labor Warranty for Manufacturer Defects
All equipment sold includes 365 days of labor coverage for manufacturer error or failure defects. This warranty begins from the date of delivery or pick-up.
Additional extended warranties are available at the time of purchase.

Parts Warranty by Brand
Warranty terms vary by brand and location. Coverage applies only under proper usage conditions and with adherence to maintenance requirements.

1-Year Parts Warranty
This applies to equipment purchased from the following manufacturers:
  • Sanremo
  • Rancilio
  • Mahlkönig
  • eTzinger
  • La Pavoni
  • ANFIM
  • Pinecone
  • TONE
  • Amalfi
  • LEON
  • Ceado
  • Fiamma
  • Nemox
  • Bideli
  • Bentwood
  • Astoria
2-Year Parts + 1-Year Labor Warranty (Local Coverage Only)
This extended coverage is provided only within Miami-Dade and Broward County, FL, and applies exclusively to the following brands:
  • Nuova Simonelli
  • Victoria Arduino
  • PuqPress
  • CINOART
Outside of these counties, standard manufacturer terms apply.

Free Espresso Machine Installation

We offer complimentary installation for commercial espresso machines when delivered within our local service area and installed by our certified partners.
If installation cannot be completed through our partner network, a discount will be issued accordingly.
Conditions for Warranty Validity
To ensure warranty coverage remains valid, the following conditions must be met:
  • Certified Installation: Equipment must be installed by a manufacturer-certified or company-authorized technician.
  • Water Filtration: A commercial-grade water filtration system is mandatory for all commercial equipment.
  • Invoice Required: Original proof of purchase must be presented for all warranty claims.
  • Proper Use & Maintenance: Equipment must be used as intended and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under any warranty:
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Includes but is not limited to gaskets, seals, filters, burrs, steam tips, plastic hoppers, and other consumable parts.
  • Water Damage: Scale buildup, corrosion, or damage caused by inadequate water filtration or unfiltered water.
  • Power Surges or Electrical Faults: Damage from voltage fluctuations, improper power supply, or external electrical issues.
  • Improper Installation or Use: This includes self-installation, third-party installations not authorized by us, and commercial use of residential equipment.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Operating equipment outside its intended function, failure to clean or descale, or using non-original parts.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Service performed by unauthorized third parties may void the warranty.
  • If we are unable to provide service for a specific brand, we will guide you through the proper warranty claim process directly with the manufacturer or an authorized provider.
  • Non-Company Repairs: We only cover the cost of repairs performed directly through the Coffee Equipment Shop or our designated service partners.

  • Liability Limitation: We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or downtime.
  • Brand-Specific Policies: Some manufacturers may offer their own direct warranties with terms that differ from ours. In such cases, we will assist in connecting you to the proper brand representative.
