The Manufucturer's Parts Warranty for Sanremo, Astoria, WEGA, Rancilio, EGRO, Mahlkonig, La Pavoni, Fiorenzato, ANFIM, Pinecone, TONE, Amalfi, Estremo, LEON, Ceado, Bideli, Bentwood, Eureka and Barista Attitude models is one year.

In Miami-Dade and Broward County, NUOVA SIMONELLI, VICTORIA ARDUINO, PuqPress, and CINOART equipment have a two-year parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty.

Free installation for espresso machines. An additional discount will be applied if we can't provide installation through our partner's chain.

Terms

• Coverage: Defects in material or workmanship
• Conditions: Under regular and proper use and maintenance
• Installation: Must be done by a certified technician
• Water filter: Mandatory for warranty validity; commercial units required
• Keep the invoice

Not Covered by Warranty

• General Wear and Tear and normal deterioration such as gaskets, filters, grinder burrs, plastic parts such as bean hoppers, etc.
• Issues caused by water damage from poor water quality can result in scale build-up.
• Any damage caused by an accident, failure to perform necessary maintenance and/or cleaning, faulty installations(with a third party), line power surge, or anything external that may have caused damage.
• Using the product outside of what it was intended to do.
• We are using non-original parts to repair the product.
• Any service from any unauthorized third party(depending on the brand, we will guide you through the process if we can't provide it).
• We also only cover the costs of repairs through the Coffee Equipment Shop.

All parts for repairs will be delivered overnight.
In case of serious failure(repair over 2 days) or by request, we will send you an espresso machine/grinder(in the service area).

Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods through our secure third-party processor, Stripe, which supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
A 3.75% processing fee applies to credit and debit card transactions.
For customers who prefer alternative payment methods:

• ACH / Bank Transfer: An invoice will be emailed directly from Coffee Equipment Shop Miami.
• Cash or Cashier’s Check: Accepted at time of equipment pickup or delivery.

Exclusions & Special Terms:

• Your first online card payment made through our website is processing fee–free as a courtesy.
• For select equipment purchases, Coffee Equipment Shop Miami may cover the Florida sales tax — please inquire before ordering to confirm eligibility.

All payments must clear before release or shipment of any equipment.
