Payment Policy

At Coffee Equipment Shop, we aim to make your purchasing process seamless and transparent. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards:

• We accept major credit and debit cards for orders up to $1,000 through Stripe, our secure third-party payment processor. Card payments are processed immediately. Select this payment option at checkout.

ACH Payments:

• ACH bank transfers are accepted for all order amounts. However, ACH payments are required for orders exceeding $1,000. Please be aware that processing ACH payments may take 3-5 business days. We will email an invoice with the necessary payment details. At checkout, choose "Invoice from our company" as the payment option.

Wire Transfers:

• Wire transfers are the preferred payment method for international customers to ensure smooth transactions. Processing may take 1-3 business days. Contact us for detailed instructions. Choose "Invoice from our company" as the payment option at checkout.

Cashier’s Check:

• Accepted for any order amount. Processing may take up to 2 business days once the check is received. Please contact us for instructions on where to send the payment. Choose the "Cash Payment" option at checkout.

Sales Tax:

• Sales made within Florida are subject to applicable state sales tax.
• Sales outside of Florida are exempt from state sales tax; however, the buyer is responsible for any applicable use tax in their jurisdiction.
