Payment Policy

At Coffee Equipment Shop, we aim to make your purchasing process seamless and transparent. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit & Debit Card Payments

We accept major U.S.-issued Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards through Stripe, our secure third-party payment processor.
Card payments are processed immediately once payment is completed. Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully received.
A 2.9% credit card processing fee applies to eligible card payments and will be clearly disclosed before payment is completed.
To pay by card, simply select the card payment option during checkout, and we will email you a secure payment link.

ACH Payments:

• ACH bank transfers are accepted for all order amounts. We also may request ACH payments for orders exceeding $1,000; it will help us to save on commissions. We will email an invoice with the necessary payment details. Choose "Invoice from our company" as the payment option at checkout.

Wire Transfers:

• Wire transfers are the preferred payment method for international customers to ensure smooth transactions. Processing may take 1-3 business days. Choose "Invoice from our company" as the payment option and include the company information in the checkout comment section.

Cashier’s Check:

• We accept checks. Once the check arrives, processing may take up to 1 business day. Choose "Cash" as the payment option and write down a request for the mail address in the checkout comment section.

Sales Tax:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility
• Sales made within Florida are subject to applicable state sales tax.
• Sales outside of Florida are exempt from state sales tax; however, the buyer is responsible for any applicable use tax in their jurisdiction.
