Drum: The Bideli coffee roaster is the most advanced; it uses a double wall of stainless steel drum, which conducts heat best and even heating. In the meantime, to avoid any black points on the coffee surface.
Hopper: The hopper is made of 304 stainless steel which is portable and moveable, it keeps coffee beans clean.
Motors: The roaster is equipped with 4 independent motors, so it can do the roasting and cooling job simultaneously.
Gas burner: With 360°heating elements to provide even heat on the coffee beans.
With manual damper control, the hot air volume is more precise to increase the coffee flavor.
Safety control system 1: Our coffee roaster is safe. It has a leakage protective device, and if you fail to ignite it, it will give an alarm to let people know. At the same time, the solenoid valve will lock automatically to stop the gas coming into the roaster.
Safety control system 2: It is equipped with another safety control for the roasting time; once the roasting time reaches the set time, it will give an alarm in case people leave the roaster during the roasting process.
Safety control system 3: The temperature tables can be preset as per the customer's request(normally, we set up at 250 degrees already); when the actual roasting temperature reaches the setting temperature, the roaster will cut off the gas and stop heating up; When the temperature drops below the preset one(drop around 10 degrees), the burner will restart
and heat up automatically; the temperature keeps at the same preset value all the time.

- Plastic and Wearable Parts
- General Wear and Tear and normal deterioration such as gaskets, filters, grinder burrs, plastic parts such as bean hoppers, etc.
- Issues caused by water damage from poor water quality can result in scale build-up.
- Any damage caused by an accident, misuse or abuse, not performing necessary maintenance and/or cleaning, faulty installations, mishandling, damage during shipment, line power shortage, line power surge, or anything external that may have caused damage.
- Using the product outside of what it was intended to do.
- Using non-original parts to repair the product.
- Any service from any unauthorized third party(depending on the brand, we will guide you through the process).
- We also only cover the costs of repairs through the Coffee Equipment Shop.
- Factors otherwise referred to as Acts of God (fire, floods, weather, etc).
- Will not cover expedited shipping costs to perform repairs.
