Installation, attachment/connection, and basic setup/calibration.
Not included (additional charges may apply):
Electrical work, plumbing work, special parts/materials, and any repairs or troubleshooting.
When you bundle service + our specialty coffee supply, you unlock:
Coffee Equipment Shop Miami reserves the right to cancel any repair order — even after diagnosis — if the customer fails to respond to the estimate, fails to provide repair authorization within 10 days of diagnosis, fails to schedule or complete payment, or fails to adhere to our standard pickup or payment terms. In such cases, we may retain, store, or dispose of the equipment, subject to our storage and abandonment policy.

Once repairs are completed, we will notify you by phone, email, or text message that your equipment is ready for pickup.
Pickup Window & Free Storage Period
You will have 3 business days from the date of our notification to pick up your machine.
If you need more time, please contact us before the end of the 3-day period.
We will provide an additional 2 calendar days of free storage upon request.
Storage Fees
Beginning on the 4th business day after notification (or after the extended free period, if granted), a storage fee of
$5.50 per calendar day will apply until the machine is collected.
Abandoned Equipment
If the equipment is not picked up within 20 days of our completion notice, it will be considered abandoned.
By leaving your equipment with us, you authorize Coffee Equipment Shop to sell, dispose of, or otherwise take action regarding abandoned equipment to recover repair costs and storage fees.
Payment & Release
All repair charges and accrued storage fees must be paid in full prior to equipment release.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to equipment left beyond the free holding period.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have accurate contact information and to respond promptly to pickup notices.
