Coffee Equipment Shop Miami reserves the right to cancel any repair order — even after diagnosis — if the customer fails to respond to the estimate, fails to provide repair authorization within 3 days of diagnosis, fails to schedule or complete payment, or fails to adhere to our standard pickup or payment terms. In such cases, we may retain, store, or dispose of the equipment, subject to our storage and abandonment policy.

- Empty waste bin
- Empty drip tray

- Let us know if, in the last 3 months, there was any kind of insect invasion at the house so we can perform high-temp cleaning/sanitary cleaning and keep that under control

Once repairs are completed, we will notify you by phone, email, or text message that your equipment is ready for pickup.
Pickup Window & Free Storage Period
You will have 3 business days from the date of our notification to pick up your machine.
If you need more time, please contact us before the end of the 3-day period.
We will provide an additional 2 calendar days of free storage upon request.
Storage Fees
Beginning on the 4th business day after notification (or after the extended free period, if granted), a storage fee of
$5.50 per calendar day will apply until the machine is collected.
Abandoned Equipment
Once repairs, diagnosis, or service evaluation are completed, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided. The customer must pick up equipment within 3 business days after notice unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
Beginning on the 4th business day after notice, storage fees may apply. If equipment remains unclaimed for more than 20 calendar days after notice, Coffee Equipment Shop may treat the equipment as abandoned, subject to applicable law.
Before any sale, disposal, or recovery action, Coffee Equipment Shop may apply unpaid repair charges, diagnostic fees, storage fees, parts costs, and related expenses against the equipment. Customers remain responsible for any unpaid balance not recovered.
Payment & Release
All repair charges and accrued storage fees must be paid in full prior to equipment release.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to equipment left beyond the free holding period.

The customer’s responsible for ensuring we have accurate contact information and responding promptly to pickup notices.
