Coffee Equipment Shop Miami. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a
refund, store credit, or exchange under the terms below.
1. ReturnsAll return requests must be initiated
within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in
new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all
original packaging, tags, manuals, and labels intact.
Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of coffee residue, water exposure, or electrical connection
cannot be accepted.
2. Return ProcessTo initiate a return, please email:
nikitak@coffeeequipmentshop.miami to obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number:
- Place the item securely in its original packaging, including proof of purchase and RMA number.
- Ship the return to:

Customers are responsible for
all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a
trackable, insured shipping service.
The customer is responsible for the item’s condition during return transit.
3. Damaged-in-TransitWe take great care to ensure that every item is securely packed and shipped.
If your order arrives
damaged, defective, or incomplete, please follow these steps:
- Inspect immediately upon delivery.
- If there is visible damage to the box or equipment, take clear photos before opening the package.
- Report within 48 hours.
- Email us at nikitak@coffeeequipmentshop.miami with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Retain all packaging.
- Keep the original box, internal packaging, and shipping label until the claim is resolved.
- Carrier claim coordination.
- We will assist in filing a carrier damage claim. Replacement or refund eligibility depends on carrier verification and return of the damaged item.
Damage or loss that occurs during return shipment is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is for an item verified as defective or shipped in error.
4. RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your
original payment method within
7–10 business days.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
4. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are
final sale and
cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Automatic coffee roasting machines
- Manual coffee roasting machines
- All commercial espresso machines, including super-automatic units
- Industrial roasting, packing, and installation equipment
For defective items, please contact us to arrange inspection and replacement under warranty.
5. Additional Terms- A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
- (This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error or a verified defect.)
- Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Orders for grinders and home espresso machines that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
