  • 1948 - The Revolutionary Horizontal Coffee Machine

    In 1948 la Pavoni manufactured its first machine with horizontal boiler.

    This project was conceive by Gio Ponti, Antonio Fornaroli and Alberto Rosselli, whose cooperation gave both to model 47,called LA CORNUTA, because of its brewing groups standing out from the cylindric boiler body.

  • 1961 - Modern Revolution

    The cooperation between Alberto Rosselli and Angelo Tito Anselmi gave life in 1961 to a model called BRASILIA.

    In the same year, developing an idea of a Milanese artisan, la Pavoni launches its first electrical machine for domestic use. This machine could brew espresso coffee and hot drinks, as in coffee bars. That machine was called EUROPICCOLA.
