The Mythos II comes standard with a heating and cooling system similar to the Mythos One/Clima Pro. However, it also introduces user temperature control, allowing the barista to. eters to best suit their coffee. The cooling system has also been centralized to the back of the change, the param many units to be placed near each other.

Titanium Burrs 85mm
This grinder comes standard with Titanium Burrs which last 2x as long as normal burrs. Allowing the ability to grind up to 3500 pounds of coffee before requiring replacement.

LED Illuminated Work Space

Micrometric Grind Adjustment

The Mythos II introduces gravimetric dosing. This means the grinder doses the ground coffee by weight in real time. Eliminating the need for a scale and reducing coffee waste. This feature can also be turned off via the setting to dose using time.
