Description The C2 is equipped with an Ever Foam steam wand, allowing baristas to create beautiful Latte Art and focus on the creative side of their role. 2-step milk program with an Ever Foam automatic steam wand system that allows you to select up to 6 customized milk steam settings.
The C2m is a fully equipped Cameo. Its comprehensive milk system options make it ideal for high-volume environments where milk texturing and barista quality matter. The C2m can be used in a 1, 1.5, or 2 Step Milk program.
Classic or Super Traditional? Choose the look you want for your venue, either the Classic or the more dynamic body shaping of heavy-duty extruded aluminium of the Super Traditional. 1 Step Milk Program (C2m) Designed to be straightforward, the 1-Step option enables milk foam to be directly poured into the cup at the press of a button. The milk comes from a refrigerated element, up through the machine to be steamed, aerated and dispensed through the spout into the cup with no human intervention necessary. 1.5 Step Milk Program (Optional on C2m) Eversys' latest innovation is the 1.5-Step, which separates milk and espresso dispensing, featuring a milk foam dispensing arm that automatically creates the perfect foam while your espresso is being poured into your cup. This program enables you to create latte art with no barista training skills and is also waste-conscious as it only uses the exact quantity needed every single time. 2 Step Milk Program (C2 & C2m) Lastly, there is the 2-Step option, a traditional steam arm that lets you texture the milk by product type with a conventional wand. This program presents 3 ways to achieve this.
The first is to manually steam and aerate the milk. The second is to aerate and steam the milk using a temperature probe, stopping the wand when it reaches the correct temperature. The third and final option is to leave a milk pitcher underneath the steam arm, and at the press of a button, the professional commercial espresso machine will do all of the work for you.
