All equipment can be inspected at one of our locations before payment(zoom call available). If an item is not in stock, we will require a $400 deposit to bring it from the manufacturer's warehouse.

The Parts Warranty for Rancilio, Mahlkonig, eTzinger, La Pavoni, ANFIM, Pinecone, TONE, Amalfi, LEON, Ceado, Fiamma, Nemox, Bideli, Kaffa, Bentwood, and Astoria models is one year.
NUOVA SIMONELLI and VICTORIA ARDUINO equipment have a two-year parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty in Miami-Dade and Broward County.

- Coverage: Defects in material or workmanship
- Conditions: Under regular and proper use and maintenance
- Installation: Must be done by a certified technician
- Water filter: Mandatory for warranty validity; commercial units required
- Keep the invoice
- General Wear and Tear and normal deterioration such as gaskets, filters, grinder burrs, plastic parts such as bean hoppers, etc.
- Issues caused by water damage from poor water quality can result in scale build-up.
- Any damage caused by an accident, failure to perform necessary maintenance and/or cleaning, faulty installations(with a third party), line power surge, or anything external that may have caused damage.
- Using the product outside of what it was intended to do.
- We are using non-original parts to repair the product.
- Any service from any unauthorized third party(depending on the brand, we will guide you through the process if we can't provide it).
- We also only cover the costs of repairs through the Coffee Equipment Shop.
