Simple by design
The new MoDe combines Egro's proven brewing technology with an updated look and feel. That starts with the compact user interface, a 7" HD touchscreen with easy-to-read and responsive graphics. To start brewing, select a drink option and tap start. If you need to adjust, a dedicated Manager user profile allows access to product recipes, machine settings, and guided cleanings.
The Egro Self-Adjusting Grinding System automatically adjusts the coffee grind size to compensate for environmental changes and ensure consistent brewing quality. The system can also adjust the particle size of the ground coffee to account for external factors such as coffee storage, weather conditions, internal coffee machine temperature, and usage times. Through an algorithm, the self-adjusting grinder recognizes these factors and adjusts the grind size accordingly.

AUTOMATIC DRINK SPOUT
The Egro Automatic Drink Spout automatically adjusts the delivery spout to the correct cup size. Once a drink is selected, the spout adapts to the height of the chosen beverage.

POWDER MODULE
The Egro Powder Module allows you to serve a variety of rich flavored beverages. It is an external device positioned on the right-hand side of the machine and consists of two hoppers that may be used with one type of powder or may operate independently with different water-soluble powders. Take advantage of a wide variety of flavoring options, including chocolate, vanilla, caramel, chai, and more.

NEXT USER INTERFACE
The Egro NEXT features an app-controlled user interface, offering familiar controls and gestures similar to those found on smartphones and tablets. The NEXT UI can be controlled via an ADA-compliant external tablet that can be mounted on a separate surface, such as a countertop. This feature also allows the NEXT to be enclosed in a kiosk and connected to a larger touch screen display for an independent self-service setup.
The HD touchscreen interface allows complete creation and customization of beverages. With the Multi-Drink touchscreen interface, choosing or creating your own drink is faster and easier. The drink menu groups can be customized according to specific preferences, and the number of drink choices is limitless.
Operators can also modify the user experience by uploading custom icons, wallpapers, screensavers, drink information cards, and advertising videos. This allows for the NEXT to fit seamlessly within a company’s existing branding and promotional structure, especially in self-service applications.

MULTI-MILK
The Multi-Milk feature allows the machine to deliver two different types of milk from the milk storage fridge. These types can also be blended to create additional options (e.g., skim and whole milk can be mixed to replicate 2% milk).

Not available with any configuration that includes Cold Foam.
iSTEAM
The EGRO iSteam is an intelligent steam wand that automatically froths and steams milk to the perfect texture for cappuccinos and lattes. The smart electronic control system injects air based on the quantity of milk in the pitcher. When the programmed temperature is reached, the iSteam stops automatically. The special stainless-steel covering is heat-insulated, making it cool to the touch and easy to clean.

COLD FOAM
The EGRO Cold Foam feature produces amazing milk foam topping using fresh milk. It is the most stable milk foam in the industry, holding its shape and texture for up to 15 minutes after the drink is made. It is the perfect option for creating new, exciting, value-added drink recipes.

4-TEA OPTION
The 4-Tea hot water temperature control system for teas and other infusions features four different temperature settings and programmable dosages. Hot and cold water are mixed electronically to obtain the desired temperature and stop automatically when the programmed dosage has been reached. Both the temperature and the quantity of water can be programmed for each mode setting using the software. This optional feature of the Egro ONE is great for any tea.

CREDIT CARD READER
The Egro Credit Card Reader is an optional feature perfect for a self-service café concept. The credit card system payment unit can be mounted on a powder module (when a powder module is also purchased) or on its own 6” housing unit installed beside the Egro machine. Users can create their own drinks and pay via credit card on the spot!

AMERICANO BYPASS
The EGRO Americano bypass enables the machine to deliver authentic Americanos into a single cup at the push of a button. The Americano bypass is an internal system that allows hot water to bypass the brew group through its own duct directly into the drink spout. Through this process, the right amount of hot water is balanced with the amount of coffee to create authentic Americanos.
