A Classic Redefined
Known for their efficiency and durability, Mazzer grinders have been gracing the counters of cafes all over the world for years. Aiming to produce more intuitive, state-of-the-art machines, Mazzer has found its replacement for the ever-popular Kony-E model: the Kony-S. Ideal for any high-volume business, the Kony-S promises to serve as the optimal espresso grinder where it sits. Featuring a new digital interface, refined hardware, and precise functionality, the Kony-S improves upon its previous iteration while maintaining many of the same key features that made its predecessor so popular.
Internally Improved
The Kony-S focuses heavily on dose consistency, relying on its stepless, micrometrical adjustment and 63mm conical burrs for a uniform grind. Pairing these features with a low 420 RPM and dual-cooling fan system, the Kony-S ensures that the ground coffee is kept safe from temperature exposure, keeping grind quality consistent and mitigating the need for recalibration during peak hours. Mazzer's new adjustment collar also allows for easy, accessible cleaning of the grinding chamber without losing the last saved grind setting. The new Grind Flow Control System, consisting of two aluminum wire dampers, guarantees clump-free grounds regardless of coffee origin, roast profile, or weather conditions.
