Designed from the ground up just for drip coffee, the Brew Pro packs features that make it a joy to use in day-to-day operations. A calibrated single rotation grind adjust, and custom 55mm brew burrs make dialing in your filter coffee a breeze. Not that you'd notice, with the Pro's sub-5-second grind time and sound-insulated case—it's easy to miss. The Brew Pro design is finished with a dual-function timer, tritan plastic for the bean hopper and catch bin, and a nifty grind system that starts with a single tap.

With a thick cast aluminum body, the Eureka Mignon Specialita boasts quality in hand and actively contributes to three crucial factors in a coffee grinder: sound reduction, retention reduction, and longevity. In addition to the thick cast aluminum that insulates sound within the grinding chamber, the Mignon has rubber mounts and gaskets that reduce vibration within the grinder, minimizing the sound as you grind espresso.

The Eureka Mignon Specialita has a high-contrast touch screen, making all operations incredibly easy to program and monitor your timed dosing. A single color touch screen on the Mignon fits right in with its slick Italian styling. One of our favorite features is the barista pause function that allows you to settle your dose within your espresso grinder and either resume or reset it. Is your timed dosing not appropriately set? Hit the plus or minus button on the touchpad to adjust the time by one-tenth of a second for incredibly accurate dosing.
