The Parts Warranty for Sanremo, Rancilio, Mahlkonig, eTzinger, La Pavoni, ANFIM, Pinecone, TONE, Amalfi, LEON, Ceado, Fiamma, Nemox, Bideli, Bentwood, and Astoria models is one year.
In Miami-Dade and Broward County,
NUOVA SIMONELLI, VICTORIA ARDUINO,
PuqPress, and CINOART equipment have a two-year parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty.
Free installation for espresso machines. An additional discount will be applied if we can't provide installation through our partner's chain.
Terms- Coverage: Defects in material or workmanship
- Conditions: Under regular and proper use and maintenance
- Installation: Must be done by a certified technician
- Water filter: Mandatory for warranty validity; commercial units required
- Keep the invoice
Not Covered by Warranty- General Wear and Tear and normal deterioration such as gaskets, filters, grinder burrs, plastic parts such as bean hoppers, etc.
- Issues caused by water damage from poor water quality can result in scale build-up.
- Any damage caused by an accident, failure to perform necessary maintenance and/or cleaning, faulty installations(with a third party), line power surge, or anything external that may have caused damage.
- Using the product outside of what it was intended to do.
- We are using non-original parts to repair the product.
- Any service from any unauthorized third party(depending on the brand, we will guide you through the process if we can't provide it).
- We also only cover the costs of repairs through the Coffee Equipment Shop
