Temperature Controlled Burrs
The Mythos II comes standard with a heating and cooling system similar to the Mythos One/Clima Pro. However, it also introduces user temperature control, allowing the barista to set the temperature to best suit their coffee. The cooling system has also been centralized to the back of the change, and many units are to be placed near each other.
Titanium Burrs 85mm
This grinder comes standard with Titanium Burrs, which last 2x as long as normal burrs—allowing the ability to grind up to 3500 pounds of coffee before requiring replacement.
LED Illuminated Work Space
LEDs around the grinder light the workspace, giving the barista full visibility of the grinds even in a dark room.
Micrometric Grind Adjustment
With Micrometric grind adjustment, the barista can adjust the grind to the smallest of adjustments at any point in the process of grinding.
Clump Crusher Tech
This technology ensures that every dose is clump-free and delivers a fluffy, evenly distributed coffee.
Multi-Function Touch Display
Using this touch display, the barista can adjust the dose, put the grinder into several barista modes, and lock the grinder so the settings can't be changed.
Portafilter Holder
This grinder can hold the portafilter while it doses, allowing the barista to operate other equipment during the grinding process.

Variable Speed Motor
The Mythos Gravimetric and Premium now come standard with a variable speed motor. Allowing the barista to pull shots slower or quicker, depending on the workflow. We have also noticed several impacts on espresso itself, depending on the grinder speed.
Gravimetric Controlled Dosing
The Mythos II introduces gravimetric dosing. This means the grinder doses the ground coffee by weight in real time. This eliminates the need for a scale and reduces coffee waste. This feature can also be turned off via the setting to dose using time.
