NEO: New Engine Optimization
The Eagle One was developed to reduce our environmental impact by embracing new technology. Carbon emissions from power consumption are minimized through the use of new materials and the unique design of the machine. The NEO engine uses an instant heating system with a unique insulation mechanism that reduces heat dispersion and energy consumption. The system works almost instantly, heating only the necessary amount of water for the extraction, thus reducing energy-related costs.

Exclusive and user-friendly, the Eagle One app will soon allow a Bluetooth connection for the user to create and share information and recipes about coffee recipes and drink profiles with a global network of coffee professionals. The app will also be able to track and control various functions of the espresso machine without interrupting the barista workflow.

Easy Cream = Auto steam
A useful device that replaces your manual steam paddles with two programmable engagements. These selections heat up and texture the milk, eliminating possible errors from the barista. We recommend programming one button to coincide with latte (micro) foam and one to coincide with cappuccino (macro) foam.
